Train Simulator: Norfolk Southern Big 7s Loco Add-On Free Download [crack] -> http://ssurll.com/105m33
About This Content The Norfolk Southern Big 7s add-on brings two variations of the GE Dash 7 locomotive to Train Simulator. The 3,600 horsepower four-axle GE B36-7 was built from 1980 until 1985 as successor to the famous U36B ‘U-Boats’. Of the 230 locomotives produced, Seaboard System Railroad (which became part of CSX Transportation in 1986) and Conrail purchased the majority between them. CSX became the last Class 1 railroad to include B36-7s in operational rosters. The six-axle GE C36-7 predates the four-axle variant, having first been produced in 1978. Unlike the B36-7, however, the majority were exported to overseas markets. The Norfolk Southern Big 7s for Train Simulator, developed by DigitalTrainModel, includes both the GE B36-7 High Nose and Low Nose variants, plus GE C36-7 ph1 AD, ph1 GSC and ph2 GSC variants in Norfolk Southern livery, and non-driver models as ‘dead’ rolling stock. Other features include class lights, step lights and number board lights, speed recorder, ditch lights and animated front and rear mirrors. The locomotives are also Quick Drive compatible, giving you the freedom to drive the Norfolk Southern Big 7s on any Quick Drive enabled route for Train Simulator, such as those available through Steam. Also included are scenarios specifically for the Norfolk Southern Coal District route (available separately and required to play these scenarios).ScenariosFive scenarios for the Norfolk Southern Coal District route:At the NS’ Beat: Part 1At the NS’ Beat: Part 2Signal to SignalThe Horse PowerTypical WorkMore scenarios are available on Steam Workshop online and in-game. Very great model DTM goes great job on thhir engines heck they even got a good horn hoever let me tell you the down sides of it bell is a bit quiet class lights lower frame rate ( just for me depends on your machine) and horn is not too respsonisve so you can't do a horn show such as shave and hair cut or jingles bells other than that its a great model. Nice set of locos, decent sounds, too. It would be better if some freight cars were included, but overall nice selection of locomotives.. Whilst I certainly admire the painstaking attention to detail that DTM has put into this release, there are a couple of issues that mire what would be a perfect score in my humble opinion, and I sincerely hope that the modelers will take note of this constructive feedback and fix the problem.1). The driver's position is located too far back, as a result the view of Main \/ Equaliser reservoir gauge is blocked by the brake \/ air pedestal. 2). In addition the current view position makes it difficult to view the other gauges; I have noted that the HUD ammeter only works intermittently (and not at all when under dynamic brakes), my personal preference is to view the guages as opposed to relying on HUD information - it is a train simulator after all. 3). Finally, the current driver's position also drastically narrows your field of view outside, this is even more pronounced when running Long nose first through being too far away from the windscreen. There are only 2 views available in the cabs themselves at present, (for running both directions) and both have the same issue of blocking views to a vitally important gauge, restricting the view of the others and the view out front.I do not see how these views could be representative of the real life situation either because a driver needs to see all the gauges in order to safely operate the locomotive, and the apparent distance from the Reverser \/ Throttle \/ Dynamic brake handles would suggest only those with abnormally long arms would be able to reach them IRL (if this is modeled accurately).I really want to recommend this content - great pains have been taken by DTM to produce a great bit of DLC, but at present DTM really needs to fix the driver's position, because it is the one (but important) impediment that spoils what would be a perfect simulation of the Dash 7 group represented in this pack.As such, I reluctantly give a thumbs down to this release. Should DTM address this issue, I would gladly change my stance, but until this happens I view this as a great release with a game spoiling flaw.. Inredible addition to my already massive collection of NS Locomotives. Great locomotives in this pack. The locomotives that come with this pack are feature-laden, high quality and just voerall incredibly fun to drive. Very fun to pull massive coal trains with. While the NS Coal District and Horseshoe Curve could be used with this locomotive, I wish they had a 1990s Conrail\/NS mainline route. Besides that, this locomotive is absolutely incredible. This includes several versions of similar locos:B36-7 Low NoseB36-7 High NoseC36-7 Ph1 ADC36-7 Ph1 GSCC36-7 Ph2 GSC
